VARADERO'S BEST ALL-INCLUSIVE ADULTS ONLY RESORT
MELIA LAS AMERICAS
While Cuba is known as a beach and resort destination around the world, most U.S. visitors to the island are forbidden from staying at Cuba’s all-inclusive resorts. If you happen to be one of the lucky few Americans who may legally stay at Cuban beach resorts, then this blog is for you! The beaches of Varadero Cuba have been considered the best on the island since the heyday of Cuba’s tourism boom in the 1950s.
Though Varadero has many five-star resorts, we believe only one deserves a five-star rating, and that’s the Melia las Americas. It is an adults-only all-inclusive resort. It offers guests access to the Varadero Golf Club, Cuba’s best 18-hole golf course. The facility is in pristine condition and one of the best maintained in Cuba, with four pools, an excellent fitness center and spa. The adults only resort offers ten different types of rooms, many with ocean views, and of course the beautiful beaches of Varadero. It has one of the few restaurants in Cuba that specializes in Japanese cuisine. The staff is the most professional of any resort or hotel in Varadero, and they will go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay.
The Melia las Americas is a twenty-minute drive from Varadero’s International Airport. Our prices at the Melia las Americas start at $225 per guest, but only for those traveling from the U.S. who may legally stay at Cuban beach resorts. The Melia las Americas is NOT on the State Department list of prohibited hotels.
